Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Preferred 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months between Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Colorado (UCH)

• Administration of blood & blood products, Administration of coagulation factors, Care and management of ports, Central line blood draw, Central Line/Implanted Line Care, Infusion pump management, Intravenous hydration/multivitamins, PICC line care, Starting and maintaining IVs, Altered mental status, Constipation/diarrhea, Nausea/vomiting, Antibiotics, Antiemetics, Corticosteroids, Care coordination, Chest tube care and management, Colostomy care and management, Foley catheter insertion/management, Isolation Precautions, Neutropenic precautions, Phlebotomy skills, Telemetry Interpretation, Telemetry monitoring, Telephone Triage, Tracheostomy care/management, Wound care, IV push narcotic agents, Medication tolerance/dependence assessment, PCA pump management, Patient/Family education and support, Withholding/withdrawing treatment, Post surgical care

Details:
