Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience within the past 24 months.
• 3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >35 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Main.

Additional Details:
Required Skills / Experience: Must have Charge experience - Please note charge experience on profile
Drip experience; Must have experience with Insulin drips, emolol drips and sodium drips
Preferred Skills / Experience: Progressive Care Unit/PCU experience
ICU experience
Small critical access facility experience
Unit / Facility Details: This is an adaptive acuity unit! On occasion, travelers will be asked to provide PCU care (1/3 ratio). This care is non-negotiable and may not be refused.
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
Special Requests: Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
Holidays required if needed
On Call Requirements: Not applicable for this need
5 days maximum time off
2 references from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - 1 required for submission
Driver’s license required
