Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Patient Diagnoses: Medical and post-op patients. Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for this unit and all RN units-RNs will be requested to sign an attestation to confirm they are aware of this requirement. Bedside Shift Reporting (BSSR) is mandatory - Scanning patients with BCMA is required at all times - Patient identification, scan patient, scan medication are required.
Shift & Scheduling: Variable Shifts 0700-1930 & 1930-0700. Every other weekend
Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience. Community Hospital Experience.
Types of Patients on Unit: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics.
Required Credentials: Proof of ID: Current Driver’s License or Government issued photo ID required
