Shift: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Travel experience is required.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - Must be comfortable with MS/Tele; interpretation and management of dysrhythmias; use of rapid response/code teams; blood product administration; central line care/management; peripheral line care/management; PICC line management; starting and maintaining IVs; CVA (cerebrovascular accident); seizure disorders; substance withdrawal; BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance; high flow nasal cannula (HFNC); nasal cannula; non-invasive airway management; oxygen administration; oxygen tanks; and isolation precautions/PPE.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI), Accessing/Managing Ports, Phlebotomy, Heparin Protocols, Total joint replacement, Wound Care/Wound Vac, and Cerner Bridge. - Community Hospital Experience
Shift & Scheduling: - Weekend coverage: every other weekend.
Special Requests: - Lab completion: All health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing. - You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. - References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Maximum consecutive days off: 10
