Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• 6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• 12 months between Staff at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program
• 12 months between Per Diem at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program

Previous Employment Requirements:
Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prio to having ever traveled.
1 recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are required to qualify for submission. Charge RN refs accepted.
Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
Required Skills/Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
Required Credentials: ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass.
