Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Acute care experience is required within the last 6 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System.

Additional Details:
Special Requests: Lab completion: all health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. MS/Tele unit will be assigned at time of offer. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed.
Floating Requirements: Will be required to float within skillset.
Maximum consecutive days off: 10
2 references required from within the last 2 years

• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
