Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience worked in the last 3 years.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - 2 years of Neuro MS/T experience required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Special Requests: - You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details: - Adult and geriatric patient population. - Fast-paced inpatient neuro specialty unit caring for medical and surgical neuro patients, including multiple sclerosis, ALS, Guillain-Barré syndrome, stroke, epilepsy, trauma/ortho patients with multiple injuries, and spinal fractures requiring orthotics. - Post-surgical cases may include spine surgeries, brain tumors, craniotomy, and ophthalmology cases.
Shift & Scheduling: - Day/night shifts Sunday-Saturday: 0700-1930 or 1900-0730. - Weekend rotation. - Some holidays based on operational need.
14 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
