Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - UnityPoint Health.

Additional Details:
Required Skills / Experience: 24 months minimum of experience in Med Surg / Med Surg Tele
Med Surg care including overflow of post op surgical hips/knees
Unit / Facility Details: Reference may be charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference
Special Requests: 3x12 / week is doable if RN prefers
Quickly interviewing viable candidates: Phone call/text from a 405 area code
Department prefers someone that can, and will extend past initial 13 week contract
Shift & Scheduling: Holiday Rotation
Weekend Requirements: Every other or Every 3rd depending on staffing/census
No Call
Floating Requirement: Traveler will be required to float across all campuses: Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran & Iowa Methodist
7 days maximum time off
2 references required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
