Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Maryland license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Greater Baltimore Medical Center.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - 2+ years recent Med Surg/Tele experience. - 2+ years experience working with stroke patients, listed on resume.

Required Credentials: - Must be willing to complete NIHSS certification within 48 hours if offered. - NIHSS must be completed through https://www.nihstrokescale.org/ - Must be willing to complete mRs/SIREN certification within 48 hours if offered. - Unit-specific competency exam (scoring 80% or higher). - Nurses only: Basic EKG test, as applicable per specialty (scoring about 85% or higher).

Special Requests: - Interview availability must include date/day and time. Do not put “Anytime”. - Complete and upload the following within 48 hours of signing your contract: government-issued photo ID; 2 references (1 supervisory from experience in the last 6 months and 1 supervisory from experience in the last 12 months); job description form via Docusign. - Resume gaps over 30 days must be clearly explained. - Candidates may request off the equivalent of 1 week of their contracted hours. For a candidate who is contracted for 36 hours a week, they may request 36 hours off. This can be done in up to a 7-day time block (1 week) or a total of 36 hours if the dates requested off are separate. A candidate contracted for 40 hours/week would be able to request off 40 hours. - Candidates with scheduling restrictions will not be accepted. Must be willing to work the facility’s schedule.

Unit Details: - Must be willing to take telemetry patients as needed.

Shift & Scheduling: - Weekend schedule to be determined by facility. - On-call schedule to be determined by facility.

7 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
