Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 1 months within the past 12 months.
• ASN completion required
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.
• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.
• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Experience with traches, cardiac gtt experience, cardiac rhythm interpretation, chest tubes, blood products, wound care/dressing changes, management of central lines
Required Credentials: ASN/BSN
Shift & Scheduling:
• Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend
• On Call, Call Back Requirements: None
• Holiday Requirements: 75% of holidays required.
Float Requirements: Will be required to float per region needs – will require floating to all facilities listed below, as needed, within scope of practice – decline if not agreeable
▪ Region 3 - Cleveland, Kings Mtn, Lincoln, Central Division (CMC Main + Mercy + LCH)
▪ If floating mid-shift, Traveler will be paid for the time traveling between facilities (will remain on the clock)
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - 1 required for submission
