Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Travel experience is required.
• 3 months of Epic experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Tucson Medical.

Additional Details:
Required Credentials: Open book EKG test required at orientation
Special Requests: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Can no longer accommodate travel pairs or trios. Do not submit to multiple positions LPN + RN team nursing ratio 8:1; TEAM NURSING MODEL- you will be asked to confirm at time of offer that you have discussed the ratios and LPN team nursing model for this unit with your traveler
Shift & Scheduling: 4 wknd shifts/ contract
Floating Requirements: Floating to TMC Rincon facility is required on the rare occasion.
7 days maximum time off
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
1 reference required from within the last 3 years
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
