Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 22 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. Reference Requirements: 2 professional references are required. At least 1 reference must be from a manager/director or someone in a formal leadership capacity (e.g., a supervisor). Charge RN acceptable for 2nd reference. No coworker references accepted.
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Patient Diagnoses: General Medical and/or Surgical Diagnoses.
Special Procedures/Unit Details: Tend to have behavioral health patients, long term care patients, and/or guardianship patients.
Types of Patient on Unit: Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics.
Unit/Facility Details: Number of Beds: 23.
Special Requests: RTO required with submission, must be built into contract
Shift & Scheduling: Scheduling Type: Self. Some Call required. Minimum of every other weekend, but could work more based on unit needs and traveler preference.
Floating Requirements: Will be required to float to different units within the OSU organization as needed
