Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with MEDHOST is preferred.
• 12 months of acute care experience.
• ADN completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Telemetry; recent acute care experience ; can handle 6 patient ratio.
Preferred Skills/Experience: At least 2 yrs RN experience; preceptor and charge experience is a plus.
Shift & Scheduling:
Floating Requirements: Floating to other units (IMC, ED) in the hospital is an expectation.
7 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
