Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 10 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• No current placement allowed at Program: Nashville General Hospital - Direct.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Ideal candidate must be able to care for the incarcerated population. Must be able to read Telemetry strips. Charge or preceptor may be required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: 2 years or more of experience in the past three years.
Required Credentials: Travelers will be tested prior to orientation on arrhythmia readings and heparin distribution.
Shift & Scheduling: Must be able to work weekends, must be able to work holidays(cannot request all holidays off).
7 days maximum time off
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) or the alternative certification MAB
