Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 10 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Kansas license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Favorite Healthcare Program - University of Kansas.

Required Skills/Experience:
Minimum 2 years recent Med/Surg experience in the last 18 months in a Hospital setting
Must have experience in General Surgery, Bariatric, Gynecological, Urology and Orthopedics
Must have experience in Medical diagnosis: cellulitis, back pain, kidney stones
Experience with Heparin Drips, TPN, PCAs & Ability to measure and interpret a telemetry rhythm
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend Required Holiday Requirements: Based on Unit Needs
Floating Requirements: Will float to all acute care units.
7 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
