Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.
• Experience with Paragon is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Required Credentials: You are required to pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding.
Special Requests: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed.
Unit Details: Common diagnoses/patient population include chf, diabetes, PNA, CKD, and med/surg tele patients. Tele monitor techs monitor patients, but RNs must be able to read strips. CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow patients. PCTs are present 12/1.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend required. Holidays are required.
Floating Requirements: Will float to all med/surg units.
7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
