Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
• BSN completion preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: TruStaff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health and no current placement allowed at Program: TruStaff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Pre/post cath experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience: 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting

Unit/Facility Details: Type of patients seen on the unit can vary and is usually an assortment of any medical/telemetry level of care patients. We do see a high than average population of cardiac patients though. Specifically chest pain patients that are doing cardiac rule out (stress test, Echo), CHF exacerbations, and we do take care of pre/post cardiac cath patients. Lastly we do see the majority of the hospitals alcohol detox patients.
