Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience worked in the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required.
• Experience with MEDHOST is preferred.
• 12 months of acute care experience.
• ADN completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health.

Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience: - At least 2 years RN experience preferred. - Preceptor and charge experience is a plus.
Special Requests: - No block schedule requests; 48 hour can be considered but not guaranteed.
Unit Details: - Adult/geriatric patient population. - Cares for total joint patients, surgical patients, ACS, and patients with acute-on-chronic medical conditions such as CHF, CKD, alcohol withdrawal, SIRS, and GIB. - Uses Baxter IV pumps, Posey bed/chair alarms, Omnicel drug dispensing cabinets, and Zoll defibrillators.
Shift & Scheduling: - 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule period. - Call requirements: none; scheduled shifts may be flexed to an on-call shift as needed up to twice during the contract.
Floating Requirements: - Floating to IMC and ED within the hospital is expected.
7 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required
Certifications:
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
