Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $1760 per week.

Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience with any experience within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Alabama license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Neuro/post-stroke acute care required. Dysphagia screenings required. Stroke assessments required. BCMA required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: TR band management preferred.

Unit Details: The unit serves general medicine patients, including neuro/post-stroke acute care patients.

Shift & Scheduling: Every third weekend rotation.

Floating Requirements: Floating may include other units in the acute care division and facilities.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
