Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $1810 per week.

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 18 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend.
Contingent workers must work a minimum of one shift for each holiday: Thanksgiving Eve Night, Thanksgiving Day, or Thanksgiving Night; Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Eve Night, Christmas Day, or Christmas Night; and New Year's Eve Day, New Year's Eve Night, New Year's Day, or New Year's Night.

Floating Requirements:
You may be required to float to any of NGHS's 5 campuses (Gainesville, Braselton, Barrow, Habersham, & Lumpkin). Campuses are 13-33 miles from Gainesville campus.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026, 10/31/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
