Shift: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position. In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on driver’s license.
Required Credentials: Driver’s license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations. Ascension Pharmacology Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Medical Surgical Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization, 2 attempts allowed.
Unit Details: Neuro/Stroke unit serving adult patients with telemetry capability. Supported by PCTs and a healthcare unit coordinator. Virtual sitter monitoring is available, with monitor techs for telemetry patients.
Shift & Scheduling: Travelers are required to work up to 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule period. Holidays required based on department needs.
