Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Diploma completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Unit Details: The unit provides specialized care for patients undergoing general surgery, ENT procedures, and medical overflow. The unit serves a diverse patient population.

Shift & Scheduling: Every third weekend is required, along with holiday commitments.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
