Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with any experience within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required after submission).

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Candidates must have charge capabilities.

Special Requests: Facility can provide housing.

Unit Details: Patient population includes orthopedic, geriatric, general medical-surgical, swing-bed rehabilitation, and occasional pediatric patients.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend requirement: one, sometimes two, weekends per 4-week schedule rotation.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
