Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $1980 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 18 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

RNs only - Clinicians who obtained RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details: Ratios: 1:4-5. Adult patient population. Covers units 3100 and 2100 with diagnoses similar across both units. Patient population includes medicine, colorectal surgery, urology surgery, plastic surgery, orthopedic recon - hip and knee replacement/revision, bariatric surgery, general surgery, and orthopedic spine surgery.

Shift & Scheduling: BJC policy: Every other weekend required. Every 4th weekend rotation. No on-call required. RTO restrictions: 7 days.

Floating Requirements: Will float between MS units.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
