Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 3 years.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Florida license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 6 months between Staff at Program: AMN Program - AdventHealth West Florida

Additional Details:
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
You must take a 6 month break between staff and travel for ALL AdventHealth facilities.
Special Requests: Must be able to start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP start dates are required to start within 6 weeks
Shift & Scheduling: Weekends: Yes - Every other
Available start dates: Every Other Monday - 11/17; 12/1
Floating Requirements: All orders require to float to Sebring, Lake Placid, and Wauchula as needed for staffing and other departments within their skill levels.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/27/2025, 12/24/2025, 12/25/2025, 12/31/2025, 10/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
