Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $2340 per week.

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health.

Additional Details:

Previous Sanford Health employees must have an end date at least 6 months before submission, including any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System locations. Unit Details: Adult medical-surgical patients. Responsibilities include head-to-toe and focused assessments, medication administration, interdisciplinary communication, patient and family plan-of-care updates, patient advocacy, and documentation. Uses Omnicell, Philips Care Monitors, glucometers, bladder scanners, Language Line, and Zebra phones. 0700-2300: 1:4-5 2300-0700: 1:5-6

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and every other holiday. Travelers can self-schedule; only contract-listed days off are guaranteed, and self-scheduled shifts may be moved to balance the unit. If a specific day off cannot be supported, staff are asked to trade shifts.

Floating Requirements: May be required to float to other med-surg units at Sanford Medical Center Fargo and Broadway Sanford.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
