Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• 3 months of travel experience is preferred.
• 3 months of Epic experience is required within the last 12 months.
• ADN completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - ProHealth Care.

Additional Details:
An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Required Skills/Experience: Must be able to read telemetry. Must have experience with cardiac drips and identifying heart rhythms. Experience must be short term acute care hospital experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience: At least one travel contract completed preferred. Willingness to work in the charge role is a plus.
Unit Details: Additional training on the unit will be provided for charge responsibilities.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday rotation. Holiday groupings TBD. No call. Orientation week may have reduced hours; holiday weeks may have reduced hours if the unit is closed.
Floating Requirements: May float to Waukesha Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago, and other like units/facilities as needed based on census. Will not be asked to work outside clinical skills unless approved by the employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and SimpliFi.
9 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
