Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $2380 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the last 24 months (2 years).

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• 12 months of acute care experience with 12 months within the last 24 months (2 years).

• 12 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Maine license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <90 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.

• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Required Skills/Experience: - Manage chronic illness and disability needs. - Perform physical assessments daily and with changes in status. - Administer medications as ordered. - Update and review care plans weekly. - Update and review education weekly. - Write clinical notes as needed. - Ensure patient safety and advocate for patient well-being.

Floating Requirements: - Floating is required as needed.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Manager reference required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required for submission
