Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $2630 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• 12 months of travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Required Credentials: Required certifications and licensure cannot expire within 30 days of the potential start date to apply.

Special Requests: Block scheduling can no longer be accommodated, but weekend-only requests will be considered. Requested time off is limited and must be included in the submission packet at the time of submission.

Unit Details: The assignment is on a clinical observation unit. Charge responsibility may be required, and training will be provided. You will work with and encounter students and new hires often.

Shift & Scheduling: Assignments end on Saturday. Work 2/3 weekends per month based on unit need. Travelers must work at least one major holiday (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and/or New Year’s Day).
