Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 10 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• ASN completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Montana license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Rightsourcing Program - IHC Health Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Rightsourcing Program - IHC Health Services.

Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
Required Credentials: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
Preferred Credentials: Bachelor’s degree of Nursing / Certification as appropriate for unit or service
Shift & Scheduling: May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.
Floating Requirements: May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need.
7 days maximum time off
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
