Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $3020 per week.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
3 years of experience preferred.

Required Credentials:
Driver's license is required for RNs, LPNs, and PTs working on a compact license.
Ascension EKG Exam is required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, with only two attempts permitted, and the exam must be updated every 3 years.
Ascension Specialty Exam is required during onboarding; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization; only two attempts allowed, and the exam must be updated every 3 years.
Ascension Core Competencies are required during onboarding; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization; only two attempts allowed, and the competency must be updated every 3 years.

Special Requests:
Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
To receive the travel rate, the clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license.

Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend.
Every other holiday.

Floating Requirements:
May need to float to sites within 40 miles if needed.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required
