Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main and no current placement allowed at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main.

Additional Details:
Required Credentials: - Ascension Pharmacology 1 or 2 exam required prior to start; minimum 80% score with only 2 attempts allowed. - Ascension Medical Surgical exam required prior to start; minimum 80% score with only 2 attempts allowed. - Ascension Core Competencies required; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score with only 2 attempts allowed. - Cerner test-out and training checklist with signed attestation required. - Driver’s license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. - Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.
Special Requests: - Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. - Candidates must have at least 6 months of separation from Ascension to be considered for a travel position. - Claimed residence must match the driver’s license address to receive travel rate.
Unit Details: - General surgical adult population with telemetry capability. - Supported by PCTs and a healthcare unit coordinator. - Uses virtual sitter monitoring and monitor tech support for telemetry patients.
Shift & Scheduling: - Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
