Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• 3 months of travel experience is required.
• BSN completion preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - MedStar Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - MedStar Health.

Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Manager may or may not interview. Clinician must be okay with this. If clinician has questions, please email the AM.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: - 2 years of experience: clinic or acute inpatient MS. - RN with basic MS skills is acceptable. - Completion of at least 1 prior travel assignment.
Unit Details: - Kidney transplant unit. - Adolescent and adult patient population. - May come into contact with COVID patients.
Shift & Scheduling: - No on call, no weekend requirement.
7 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
