Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is required from any number of months
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 6 months between Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health

Required Skills/Experience: Experience working in very fast paced hospital with 250+ beds.

Unit/Facility Details: Ratio: 1:4-5 from 7a-11p & 1:5-6 from 11p-7a

Shift & Scheduling:
• 36 or 48
• Will call in daily to find out the unit they are working on for that shift.
• Every other weekend and holiday
Floating Requirements: Willing float within MedSurg Cluster and between campuses in Fargo.All med-surg units on Broadway, SMCF and South University (more rare than on SMCF) campuses, including med-surg overflow spaces and med-surg status patients within the critical care units. Med-surg specialty units include oncology, general med-surg, trauma med-surg, cardiac, neuro, observation, medical behavioral, and innovations.

1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission

Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
