Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 12 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months between Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health

Additional Details:
A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.
Required Skills/Experience: Acute care nursing experience
Preferred Skills/Experience: Rehabilitation experience including documentation – GG scoring
Required Credentials: If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations.
Types of Patients on Unit: rehabilitation, adult, geriatric, orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, stroke, amputations, traumatic brain injuries
Equipment Used on Unit: Omnicell
Unit/Facility Details: 10 Beds
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Hours: Every other weekend – weekend days are Sat/Sun, weekend nights are Fri/Sat.
Floating Requirements: Occasional to med/surg as needed by hospital.
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required for submission
Certifications:
• CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
