Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 36 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• 3 months of RPMS (Resource and Patient Management System) experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Tsehootsooi Medical Center.

Additional Details:
Required Skills / Experience: 1 year pediatric experience
Must be comfortable with both adult and pediatric patients
Unit / Facility Details: Patient Ratios: Non Covid: Typically 1/4-5. Covid patients: Typically 1/2-3
Special Requests: Flu declinations accepted on condition traveler wears a mask at all times.
15-minute call response time for all units with a call requirement.
Shift & Scheduling: Typical schedule is 3x12 one week, 4x12 the next, plus up to 1 on-call shift/week
Night shift but must be flexible and open to days, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Floating Requirement: In addition to inpatient, may be assigned to help cover Flu Immunization clinics as needed.
Travelers are occasionally expected to float to other departments in which they are qualified to work. This could include taking a patient load if experienced and competent in that setting or could be task-oriented such as answering call lights, phones, etc

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
