Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Experience:
• 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL.
• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL.

Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: PICC line management and experience with starting IVs required.

Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Procedures/cases include electroencephalogram (EEG) and lumbar puncture. Cares for patients with ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, TIA, subdural hematoma, brain mass, seizures, back and neck surgeries, craniotomies, and neurological disorders. Common medications include levetiracetam, lorazepam, aspirin, lovenox, heparin, antihypertensives, plavix, atorvastatin, and eliquis. Drips include heparin; amiodarone and Lasix are not titrated.
Special Requests: Open to accommodating block schedule; connect with manager to discuss schedule request. Ideally no more than 5 days of RTO.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. No call required.
Floating Requirements: Will float within scope as needed for operational needs.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 2
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required
