Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
• 12 months of acute care experience.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - Dysrhythmia competency required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Swallow screen experience preferred. - Neuro experience ideal.
Unit Details: - Neuro Med-Surg unit caring for adult patients. - Common diagnoses/treatments include CVA, TIA, inability to ambulate, seizures, common urinary and respiratory conditions, and rarely cardiac cases. - Uses Mindray vital sign machines, GE EKG, and cardiac monitors.
Shift & Scheduling: - 2 of 4 weekends per schedule, or 4 of the 8 weekend shift days. Straight weekends available if preferred. - Must be available for holidays as decided during phone screening.
Floating Requirements: - Floating if needed, but rare.
14 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
