Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 12 months.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months between Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health

Additional Details:
A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekends: Every Other -Must occasionally work weekends -• Call Requirements: only when down staffed or placed on call
Required Credentials: (core staff have PALs)
Floating Requirements: Possible to care for inpatient holds
Equipment Used on Unit: alaris pumps, scd machines, feeding tubes, tele monitor, etc
Types of Patients on Unit: geriatric, adults, occasional peds (not assigned to traveler) -tele, surgical, general medical
Required Skills/Experience: healthcare experience required; for travel great than one year experience is required
Preferred Skills/Experience: tele is preferred
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
