Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Nevada license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No previous experience allowed for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Renown Health and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Renown Health.

Additional Details:
Unit Details: - Cares for a wide variety of adult and geriatric medical patients with renal, hepatic, respiratory, cardiac, neurologic, psychiatric, and infectious disease processes. - High-volume conditions include cellulitis, COPD, diabetes, ETOH withdrawal, pneumonia, and sepsis.
Shift & Scheduling: - Call is not required. - Schedule may include weekends and holidays. - Required to pick up one additional shift during each 4-week schedule period.
Floating Requirements: - May be required to float to the needs of the organization up to their competency level.
7 days maximum time off
2 references required from within the last 2 years
