Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 36 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• Experience with Meditech is preferred.
• ADN completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Mile Bluff Medical Center.

Additional Details:
Preferred Credentials: BSN preferred.
Unit Details: Charge role coordinating patient care flow across the facility with daily rounding in Acute Care, Birthing Center, Cancer, Wound and Infusion, Emergency Department, and Surgery. Assists with patient transfers between departments, patient placement for Acute Care admissions, staffing coordination between departments, direct patient care as needed, after-hours pharmacy needs, and incident command management during mass casualty events.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Holidays as needed.
7 days maximum time off
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
• TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
