Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.
• ADN completion preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Atlantic Health.

Additional Details:
Preferred Credentials: - Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Associates or Bachelor’s Degree.
Unit Details: - Demonstrates knowledge of the conditions/diagnoses, procedures and equipment encountered for surgical patients. Individualizes patient care according to the procedure and type of anesthesia across the continuum of care. Assesses patient reaction and understanding of procedure/instructions. - Performs pre-operative and postoperative assessment and education. - Supports the completion of patient testing in a timely manner. Evaluates Pre Admission Testing (PAT) orders for appropriateness and for potential omissions based on proposed surgery, patient age, and current state of health.
Shift & Scheduling: - No on-call.
