Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 10 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Ardent Health.

Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Preferred Skills/Experience: 2 years preferred.
Special Requests: Block Scheduling: Case by case. RTO Parameters: Needs to be approved by manager.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Mixed medical-surgical patient population, including wound care.
Shift & Scheduling: On Call Requirement: None. 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule period.
Floating Requirements: Float Requirement: Yes, within scope.
7 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
