Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 12 months.
• Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 12 months between Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Years of Experience: 1-2.
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Common Diagnosis/Treatment: COPD, post-op joints, diabetic population.
Types of Patients on Unit: Geriatric, adult, peds (Does not have to take peds patients).
Unit/Facility Details: Number of Beds: 65. Patient Ratios: Up to 1:8 – With PCA assistance.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekends: Every Other.
Floating Requirements: Possibility to float to like units.
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
