Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
Experience:
• 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL.
• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: PICC line management and experience with Starting IVs
Required Credentials:
• You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
• References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Unit/Facility Details: Parking Cost: parking permit required, no cost. Will fill out form during orientation.
Special Requests:
• Must be willing to take trach and laryngectomy patients - experience not required but must be willing to learn and take these patients.
• Must be willing to take up to 1:7 ratio if needed (not common but that is the max if needed)
Shift & Scheduling:
• 3x12 or 4x12 Days
• Will work every other weekend. If requested time off falls on weekend traveler would be scheduled per rotation, traveler will be scheduled additional weekend to make up for time away.
• No on call.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 2
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required
