Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 36 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Genesis Healthcare System.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience is required. - Must be able to read Telemetry; clinicians will be tested for this skill on day one and will be terminated if they do not pass the competency. - Current Epic proficiency is required; refresher classes or 1:1 support are not available, and clinicians who are not Epic proficient will be terminated.
Special Requests: - Unless returning as a Genesis traveler within the last 9 months, July 20th is the only available start date. - All requested time off must be disclosed at submission to be honored.
Unit Details: - Primarily works on the Respiratory unit, where COVID patients are admitted.
Shift & Scheduling: - 7p - 7:30a - Every other weekend required. - No call requirement. - Holidays as required.
Floating Requirements: - May float occasionally between Med-Surg units including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders.
7 days maximum time off
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
