Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• Travel experience is required.
• Experience with Allscripts/Eclipsys is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Hendrick Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Hendrick Medical Center.

Additional Details:
Special Requests: - You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. - May consider candidates who are at least 50 miles from facility on a case-by-case basis.
Unit Details: - Adult and geriatric patient population. - Med-surg unit with no telemetry monitoring or cardiovascular gtts. - Post-op, ortho, diabetes, pneumonia, wound care, CBI, and URO cases.
Shift & Scheduling: - One shift per 6 week schedule. - Every other weekend. - 6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule (Sat/Sun is a weekend shift).
7 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
