Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >110 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Orthopedic/Medical/Surgical.

Types of Patients on Unit: Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics.

Unit/Facility Details: Number of Beds: 27

Special Requests: Must work Thanksgiving day or Christmas day AND Christmas eve or NYD (2 out of the 4). Must work full 36 hours during the weeks of the winter holidays. RTO required with submission.

Shift & Scheduling: Every Other.

Floating Requirements: Floating within MS units required (may float to other areas of the hospital (i.e. ER hold, PCU, etc) to take MS acuity patients). May take MS patients on stepdown unit.

7 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
