Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred.
• 12 months of acute care experience.
• ADN completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New Mexico license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - San Juan Regional Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - San Juan Regional Medical Center.

Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Observation unit experience a plus. - Charge nurse preferred but not required. Nephrology experience preferred but not required.
Shift & Scheduling: - Policy requires all staff to work at least 2 weekend shifts per month. - Call requirements: none.
Special Requests: - Nephrology unit is an extension of the Med/Surg units. - Adult and geriatric patient population. Common diagnosis/treatment includes ESRD, peritoneal dialysis, and hemodialysis.
7 days maximum time off
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required
Certifications:
