Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Oregon license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No previous experience allowed for Staff at Program: Medefis Program - Samaritan Health Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Samaritan Health Services.

Unit Details: - The Medical Surgical unit specializes in the care of acutely ill adults and patients requiring emergent and elective surgery.
Shift & Scheduling: - Rotating weekends. - Holidays as required. - 36 contract hours per week.

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Certifications:
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
